Terms of Use — Mobile-EA

1) What Mobile-EA is

Mobile-EA is a software tool for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) users who run Expert Advisors. The Android app provides dashboards, quotes, market status, economic calendar reminders, leaderboard views, account-watch notifications and user-initiated trade-management workflows. The companion EA runs inside your MetaTrader 5 terminal on your own PC, VPS or server and is required for terminal synchronization and trade-action execution.

2) No financial advice

Mobile-EA does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal or financial advice. Any information shown in the app is for monitoring, organization and user-controlled workflow support. You remain responsible for every trading decision and every action requested through the app.

3) Trading risk

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and can result in losses. Prices, account values, positions, orders and notifications can be delayed, unavailable, incorrect or stale because of terminal status, broker connectivity, network availability, subscription pacing or service issues. Always verify important account state and trade actions in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal and broker environment.

4) Companion EA and terminal requirements

To use account synchronization and trade-management features, you must attach the Mobile-EA companion EA to a MetaTrader 5 chart on a PC, VPS or server, keep that terminal running and connected, enable Algo Trading and allow WebRequest to the Mobile-EA endpoint. Broker execution occurs locally in your own MT5 terminal, subject to your broker’s rules, market availability, symbol settings, margin requirements and terminal state. If the terminal is closed, disconnected, logged out or the companion EA is not running, account data, notifications and trade actions may be unavailable or stale. Mobile-EA currently supports MetaTrader 5; MetaTrader 4 is not currently supported.

5) Subscriptions and trial

Mobile-EA may offer a free Basic plan, paid Google Play subscriptions and a 7-day Ultimate trial after the first successful terminal pairing. Because the trial starts after terminal pairing, you need the companion EA running and paired before trial access begins. Feature limits, account limits, live-account limits, refresh pacing and account-watch availability may vary by tier and may change over time. Paid subscription pricing, tax, payment, cancellation and renewal are handled through Google Play.

6) Acceptable use

You must not attempt to abuse trials, bypass subscription limits, attack the service, overload endpoints, reverse engineer protected components, misuse credentials, access another user’s data or use Mobile-EA for unlawful activity.

7) Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, outages, security actions or issues outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features where necessary to maintain reliability, security or compliance.

8) Trademarks and third parties

Mobile-EA is not affiliated with MetaQuotes, MetaTrader, MetaTrader 5, any broker, exchange or trading venue. MetaTrader and related names belong to their respective owners.
