Delete linked terminal data

Use this if you want to delete terminal-linked data but keep your Mobile-EA login account.

How to unlink a terminal/account

1. Open the Mobile-EA Android app.
2. Open the relevant linked terminal or account details.
3. Choose Unlink terminal or the equivalent unlink/delete registration action.
4. Confirm the action in the app. The app removes the account from the phone immediately, then completes server and terminal cleanup in the background.

Deleted

Data associated with that terminal/account link, including terminal registration, account link records and related terminal/account trading data stored by Mobile-EA for that link.

Kept

Your Mobile-EA login profile and any other terminals/accounts that remain linked.

Retention

Minimal security, anti-abuse and audit logs may be retained for up to 30 days. To delete everything, use full account deletion.
