Privacy Policy — Mobile-EA

This privacy policy explains how Mobile-EA collects, uses and deletes data when you use the Android app, the backend API and linked MetaTrader 5 companion EA services.
1) Data we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, verification status, authentication sessions and tokens.
- Profile data: optional public profile name and app settings or preferences.
- Terminal and link data: terminal identifiers, pairing and enrollment metadata, broker/account link metadata and terminal presence state.
- Trading-related data sent to the backend: account snapshots, open positions, pending orders, closed trade records, balance/equity samples, quotes, candle data and runtime events required for app features.
- Notifications and reminders: economic-calendar reminder settings, account-watch rules, FCM tokens and notification-delivery metadata.
- Subscription data: subscription tier, trial status, Google Play purchase identifiers/tokens as needed for validation, expiry status and entitlement events.
- Technical and security logs: API access metadata, error reports, anti-abuse events and operational diagnostic logs.
2) How we use data
- Provide login, account security, token refresh and session management.
- Connect, pair and synchronize linked MetaTrader 5 terminals and accounts.
- Display account dashboards, trading history, open positions, pending orders, quotes, market status, calendar reminders and leaderboard functionality.
- Queue user-requested trade actions and deliver results reported by the companion EA.
- Evaluate subscriptions, trial limits, account-link limits and feature access.
- Send transactional emails and push notifications such as verification, account deletion confirmation, calendar reminders and account-watch alerts.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain service integrity and improve reliability.
3) Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate Mobile-EA, such as hosting, database, email delivery, Firebase messaging, Google Play subscription validation and security monitoring, subject to contractual and security controls where applicable.
4) Data retention
- Account, subscription and linked trading data are retained while your account is active or while needed to provide the service.
- After full account deletion confirmation, account and linked terminal/trading data are deleted from active systems.
- Minimal security, anti-abuse, audit and diagnostic logs may be retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, comply with law or protect the service.
- Subscription anti-abuse ledgers may store non-reversible hashed identifiers to prevent repeated free-trial abuse without retaining the raw deleted login or account identifier.
5) Your controls and deletion options

- Notification preferences: use Settings → Notifications in the Android app to control calendar reminders, account-watch alerts and general notifications.
- Subscription management: manage paid subscriptions through Google Play.
6) Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including authenticated access controls, token-based sessions, local encrypted storage where appropriate, server-side entitlement checks and operational monitoring. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7) Children
Mobile-EA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8) International processing
Depending on hosting and service-provider configuration, data may be processed outside your country of residence. We use the data only for the purposes described in this policy.
9) Website analytics and cookies
The public website uses Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Until you accept, Google consent defaults keep analytics, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization denied. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
